SO, YOU HAVE A LICENSE PROBLEM...
.................................................................................

Ozum opens this page in your default browser in 3 cases:

1. You have an expired license.
2. You have a current (trial or registered) license, but Ozum 'thinks' that it is expired.
3. Ozum can't verify your license, e.g., because it does not have required access permissions on your system.

HERE IS HOW YOU CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM
.................................................................................

Case 1. You have an expired license.

In this case, legally, you have either to register Ozum and unlock it with a registered license or stop using it for downloading. You are welcome to continue using it for posting.

Case 2 or 3. You have a current license, but Ozum disagrees with your opinion or can't verify it.

1. Open file ozinews4.txt (for version 4) in Ozum installation directory (this is normally C:\Program Files\Ozum) or file ozinews5.txt (for version 5) in Ozum base directory (click on Options | Preferences to see where your base directory is) with WordPad or MS Word. If you see word "Trial" in the text, this means that, indeed, this is a trial license. If your trial period is over, it will not work. You may have misplaced or misnamed your registered license when unlocking Ozum, or reinstalled Ozum and did not unlock it after that. Solution: unlock Ozum properly by following instructions in your registration message.

2. If your trial period is not over, but Ozum sends you to this page, check your computer clock. It may be set a few months ahead.

3. If the clock is OK, the problem may be caused by tightened access permissions in Vista and XP SP2 and SP3. Do this:

  - Open Ozum installation directory in Windows Explorer.
  - Right-click on file ozum.exe.
  - Select "Run as..." in the context menu.
  - You will see a dialog box. Clear checkbox "Protect my computer and data from unauthorised program activity". It is there for viruses and to make life harder.
  - If this does not help, open this dialog again and click on "The following user". Then select Administrator or a user with admin privileges.

4. You have registered Ozum and unlocked it and verified that file ozinews4.txt (for Ozum version 4) in Ozum installation directory or file ozinews5.txt (for Ozum version 5) in the base directory is not a trial license. See point 3 above.
